Who Are We?

The UK Pink Floyd Experience is a production of Prestige Productions Ltd.

When do we collect information?

What personal information do we collect?

For the purpose of communication, we retain names, email addresses, and telephone numbers of people that contact us.

For sales made through the online store, we may also retain other personal information such as your postal address.

When you visit the UKPFE website, we collect anonymous visitor data using Google Analytics. This is for the purpose of learning how people find us, how people use our website, as well as seeing which website pages are visited most frequently. What do we do with that information?

The information that we collect will never be passed to third parties or sold. It is used purely for communication relating to the show or for making sure that our website works effectively.

How long do we retain the information for?

We retain this information indefinitely.

What are your user rights?

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to the data protection officer at ross@prestigeproductions.co.uk. We will respond to this within one month of the request (although usually much faster).

Checking your identity

To protect the confidentiality of your information, we will ask you to verify your identity before proceeding with any request you make under this Privacy Notice. If you have authorised a third party to submit a request on your behalf, we will ask them to prove that they have your permission to act.

What is the plan for data breaches?
